Why We Created this Book
I didn’t set out to write a cookbook—I set out to create more connection in my home.
What began as a way to slow down and cook with my daughter became a collection of meals, memories, and moments I wanted to share with other families too.
This book was created in the quiet in-between: during naptimes, after bedtime routines, and in the beautiful chaos of raising two little ones. It’s proof that cooking with kids doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful—it just needs heart.

Cooking Together
We believe cooking is about more than just the food—it’s about connection, confidence, and curiosity. When little hands help, big memories are made.
Every recipe in this book includes built-in tasks for different age groups, so your child can safely join you in the kitchen—no matter their stage.
Kid Helper Guide:
• Tiny Helpers (Ages 2–3): Pour, mix, count, and observe
• Mini Chefs (Ages 4–5): Scoop, sprinkle, and garnish
• Junior Cooks (Ages 6+): Measure, roll, flip, and assist with supervision
Cooking together builds more than meals—it builds life skills, emotional bonds, and confidence with every stir.

Let customers speak for us
from 4 reviewsI loved reading through these recipes! My 3-year-old always wants to help in the kitchen, but sometimes I'm not quite sure how to include him. This book has so many fun, doable ideas for getting kids involved—broken down by age, which is super helpful.
The sweet stories with each recipe make it feel extra special, and it’s inspired me to be more intentional about making cooking our thing—especially since he’s still adjusting to his baby brother lately and needs intentional time . We’re starting with the pesto chicken tenders and can’t wait to try more!
My children (6 & 2) and I had lots of fun making the dishes, not only it tells you how young children could help in the process but also has a shopping list and a story to go with every single recipe. Who doesn’t love stories?!
The food came out delicious as well. We look forward to trying all the recipes in the book.
“This is such a great resource! The recipes are easy to follow and don’t require a lot of ingredients that I don’t already buy regularly or have in the cupboard. Best of all, so many of them are dishes both of my kids enjoy—which is a big win! Thank you for these awesome recipes!”
Great recipes that the whole family enjoys. Simple steps for kids and parents to make meals together. Having the grocery list for each recipe saves me so much time.
